All purchases made through Synara AI — including Pro subscriptions — are non-refundable. By subscribing or making any payment on our platform, you agree to this policy.
Subscriptions
Synara AI Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed automatically through Stripe. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not trigger a refund for the current or any previous billing period. You retain Pro access until the end of the period you paid for.
Limited Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances: you were charged after successfully cancelling or you were charged twice for the same billing period.
